Job Introduction

South Farnborough Junior School is looking for a proactive and motivated teacher to join our team from September 2025 within our Resourced Provision. This post will attract a SEN minimum allowance.


This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is keen to join a school that values creativity amongst staff to provide the best possible opportunities for children. The role will be placed in our Resourced Provision for 20 children with Moderate Learning Difficulties.


This role will require a teacher who

is proactive and keen to work with others has the ability to prioritise evaluate, plan and organise is approachable caring and relates well to children supports pupils, parents and staff to create a happy community has a strong background of children with SEN

The successful candidate will need to

be an outstanding classroom practitioner in either KS1 or the lower range of KS2 understand what constitutes excellence in education have excellent IT skills be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team be passionate about the students' learning and welfare have experience of working with SEN children
