have the ability to direct and support your teaching assistant to enhance all learning opportunities
have high expectations of all children and will maintain an inclusive approach to high quality standards of teaching and learning
be enthusiastic, reflective and committed to our small school, being willing to get involved in all aspects of school life
have good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, pupils and staff
