What You Need to Succeed

The successful candidate will:


be an outstanding, creative classroom teacher with experience and enthusiasm for working with KS2 children. be prepared to support and promote our Christian values of kindness, hope, respect, responsibility and friendship develop character education through the embedded practice of our 7 C's- confidence, collaboration, commitment, communication, curiosity, creativity and craftsmanship be committed to reflecting on and developing a learning environment that is creative, outdoors and supports the needs of all children. have the ability to direct and support your teaching assistant to enhance all learning opportunities have high expectations of all children and will maintain an inclusive approach to high quality standards of teaching and learning be enthusiastic, reflective and committed to our small school, being willing to get involved in all aspects of school life have good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, pupils and staff
