Job Description

I am looking for a class 2 skip driver for ongoing for my client in Croy. Must have a minimum of 6 months experience on roll on roll off experience . 16ph starting tomorrow.

Responsibilities

Operate Class 2 vehicles delivering to cash and carrys Handballing into stores Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects. Maintain high standards of safety and customer service. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing methods are used to prevent damage during transit. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required by company policies. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving on public roads. Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately to management.

Qualifications

Valid commercial driving licence (C or equivalent) with a clean driving record. Experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to undergo background checks as part of the hiring process.
