BKP Waste & Recycling

are experts in environmental services, with their brand new Transfer Station designed in-line with the highest standards of engineering and design, and Industrial Packaging Decontamination Process to allow for maximum reuse of large containers and recycling of plastic and steel components. BKP also provide treatment services for your gully, road sweeper, interceptor and liquid wastes, with their unique, onsite liquid treatment plant.

BKP are currently recruiting for a Class 2 HGV Driver to join the driving team. BKP have a modern fleet of tankers/skip lorries and hookloaders covering various contracts and local work. Employees are required to drive and operate various class 2 vehicles ensuring truck and load is safe and compliant while maintaining good customer service. The Driver will be required to operate skip loaders, hookloaders and tankers. Must be willing to adjust to different jobs and vehicles to meet customer requirements.

Job Type:

Full-time - Basic 45 hours per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 6am start Overtime available over 45 hours during weekdays and weekends.

Class 2 non ADR

14.91 per hour

45 hours per week guaranteed basic 670.95 Overtime 22.36 per hour after 45 hours Saturday 22.36 for the first 5 hours then 29.82per hour after Sundays and bank holiday 29.82 per hour

Class 2 ADR

15.30 per hour

45 hours per week guaranteed 688.50 Overtime 22.95 per hour after 45 hours Saturday 22.95 for the first 5 hours then 30.60 per hour after Sundays and bank holiday 30.60 per hour

Requirements:

HGV class 2 driving licence (cat 2) Minimum 18 months HGV driving experience No more than 3 penalty points on licence Valid Driver CPC Valid Digital tachograph card ADR licence preferred but not essential
