Job Description
An excellent and seasonal opportunity has arisen for a Class 2 ADR Night driver, delivering gas cylinders around the UK.
This position will begin training in September.
About this position:
- 42.5 hours per week with possible overtime
- Monday to Sunday (rota in place)
- 4 on 2 off shift pattern
- Some manual handling involved
- Long distance and local deliveries
- Night shifts starting between 2:00pm and 6:00pm
- Delivering Class 2 & 3 goods to residential areas, depots, and business areas
- Seasonal ongoing position
- Training and assessments provided by client
- Class 2 driving licence
- Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- In date ADR qualification for Class 2 gases
- High level of safety awareness
- Experience on Class 2 vehicle preferred
- Own transport to commute to and from work is essential
- No DD or DR convictions
- Ensure all tachograph records are maintained correctly
- Ensure highest level of customer service
- Onsite parking
- Training and full uniform provided
- Guaranteed pay of 8.5 hours per day
- Weekly pay
- \xc2\xa320 night bonus paid per shift
- Overtime pay after 42.5 hours (Mon-Fri)
- Overtime rate paid at weekend
- Potential of going into a permanent position
- PAYE- \xc2\xa315.71 to \xc2\xa323.56
