Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic & conscientious full time HGV Class 1 Drivers for our Leigh based operation
Essential Criteria;
- A valid clean HGV Class 1 licence (minor points considered) (NO NEW PASSES!)
- A digital tachograph card and full CPC
- Minimum 1 year experience driving Class 1
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Good geographical knowledge
- Excellent customer service
DAY DRIVER - 140
NIGHT DRIVER - 150
Responsibilities
Safely operate HGV Class 1 vehicles, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations. Deliver goods to various locations while providing excellent customer service. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and functionality. Manage paperwork related to deliveries, including logs and delivery confirmations. Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 150.00 per day
