We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Negotiator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and negotiating claims on behalf of our client/customers, ensuring that all processes are handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and clerical skills, enabling them to maintain accurate records and facilitate smooth communication between all parties involved in the claims process.
Responsibilities
Review and assess claims to determine validity and eligibility for negotiation.
Communicate with customers, garages and client, to gather necessary information and documentation.
Maintain detailed records of all claims activities, including correspondence and negotiations.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies throughout the claims process.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their claims.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client and customer satisfaction.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar role within the motor or warranty industry is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
Excellent clerical skills, including proficiency in data entry and record management.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse range of stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
