Claims Fraud Handler
Job Description
We have a number of exciting opportunities for individuals with a background in motor claims/third party fraud to come and join our market leading department as a Claims Fraud Handler.
As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial part in investigating suspected fraudulent third-party claims and have the opportunity to work on a caseload of multiple fraud types. You will be gathering evidence and working closely with our panel solicitors to identify and manage fraudulent activity effectively.
This role can either be based at either our Leicester or Bexhill-on-Sea offices with a hybrid approach to working.
What does day to day look like?
- Working promptly and accurately to gather all relevant evidence
- Investigating the claim by contacting all involved parties and/or representatives, conducting interviews, reviewing engineers reports, assessing vehicle damage and more
- Investigating multiple fraud types
- Successfully managing and maintaining a live caseload through the life cycle
- Working in partnership with our panel of legal suppliers to ensure we reach the best commercial outcome for customers and ourselves
- Working as part of an integral team dedicated to achieving excellent outcomes and results
- Fraud experience (third party especially beneficial)
- Background in motor claims
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem solving skills with strong communication skills
