Your responsibilities day to day will be:

Answer inbound first notification of loss (FNOL) calls from clients. Handle daily email enquiries. Provide administrative support to Claims Handlers within the Claims Team. Create new claims files and claim entries, keeping records accurate and up to date. Service the client promptly and efficiently. Support in the production of claims statistics and in accordance with SLA's. Maintenance of a diary system for outstanding workload. Prepare and maintain client claims experience records. Attend internal and external meetings as required.


Qualifications



Excellent customer service and communication skills. Good organisation skills and the ability to multitask with good attention to detail. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. An ability to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving. Previous experience working in an insurance environment (preferred but not essential). Use of the Acturis insurance system (preferred but not essential).
