• Utilize working knowledge and experience in civil design to contribute to construction projects.
• Modify and enhance reinforced concrete structure designs to meet project requirements.
• Manage engineering changes and ensure they are aligned with company procedures and project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of design changes.
• Apply experience in nuclear civil work or complex structures to develop innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the design for concrete structures, considering project-specific needs.
• Provide expertise in dealing with material interfaces, ensuring seamless integration.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to foster effective communication and collaboration.
• Share knowledge and insights with the team to facilitate learning and growth..
• Possess a deep understanding of reinforced concrete structure design and detailing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in civil design within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in modifying reinforced concrete structure designs.
• Familiarity with nuclear civil work or complex structures.
• Proficiency in designing concrete structures.
• Previous involvement in detailed or conceptual design in office or construction site settings.
• Hands-on experience with material interfaces in project environments.
• Preferred experience in on-site design support.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively on large-scale projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills to support team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Knowledge and understanding of Eurocodes related to civil engineering.
• Expertise in the design and detailing of reinforced concrete structures.
