Civil Enforcement Officer


This is a full time open-ended position.


You will provide a professional, efficient and effective service of parking enforcement in order to minimise illegal parking acts through the issue of penalty charge notices in appropriate cases. To provide this service in accordance with the Authorities objectives and policiesand Traffic Management Act


This post includes bank holidays, evenings and weekend working (26 Saturdays & 26 Sundays) between 8am and 8pm.


The Post holder will undertake parking enforcement both on street and off street (car parks) across the whole county. The role will involve working alone and as part of a wider team - office base Haverfordwest and Tenby.


We are looking for a confident and professional officer to undertake this role who has the ability to deal with face to face enforcement -the officer will use hand held technology to record all details.
