Binnies part of the RSK Group is looking for Civil Engineers (all grades) working within our Delivery group on UK Non-Infra Water Engineering projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Continuing learning and remaining current on departmental design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes and Binnies policies and procedures
\xc2\xb7 Supports continuous improvement and applies knowledge
Prepare a variety of complex engineering deliverables, performing complex research and give recommendations for equipment and materials
\xc2\xb7 Collect, assimilate and manage data for engineering work
\xc2\xb7 Prepare engineering calculations following standard methods and principles
\xc2\xb7 Understand and adhere to budget, schedule and quality requirements
\xc2\xb7 Assign and coordinate tasks with internal and external team members
\xc2\xb7 Actively seek to understand client drivers through client visits and project leadership
\xc2\xb7 Share knowledge of latest technology and processes
\xc2\xb7 May assist with training and mentoring of junior/graduate engineers.

Person Specification:

\xc2\xb7 Civil Bsc or Msc Degree in relevant subjects
.Water experience \xe2\x80\x93 desirable
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team of internal professionals, and third party asset owners, stakeholders, technical officers and contractors.
\xc2\xb7 Understand the importance of budget and programme control
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work under time pressure and balance multiple priorities
\xc2\xb7 Ability to design, plan and organise tasks with excellent attention to detail
\xc2\xb7 Ability to liaise with internal and external clients to develop relationships across the business.
