Chief Product Officer/co Founder, Unorthodox Opportunity
Job Description
Co-found a start-up with a second-time founder who started his existing company from scratch, scaled it to 150+ team between three countries and circa $200m valuation, raised investment rounds from famous investors and got publicly endorsed by Sir Richard Branson.
The new venture is an international platform with an innovative business model - in the large market that is expected to grow fast.
Grand equity stake (25-50% based on experience and commitment) and, after the venture secures traction and funding, competitive salary for all founders. Hunger for success and building a product used by millions is a must for all candidates.
The successful co-founder may initially start part-time and move to full-time once the venture gets initial traction.
Requirements:
- Metrics-driven mindset, using and generating data analysis to drive product marketing direction.
- Technical background to define tech requirements for products and liaise with engineers
- UX/UI experience along with A/B and multivariate tests. Experience in going from an idea to MVP production
- Strong experience in project management
Desirable but not a must:
Interest or experience in building AI-powered products
