The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CITB & Construction training, with the ability to educate others remotely and in classroom effectively. This role involves developing training materials, delivering engaging presentations, and ensuring that participants grasp essential safety and concepts related to health and safety . Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs on public health topics, ensuring content is relevant and up-to-date.
Educate participants on construction and its application in real-world scenarios.
Conduct engaging presentations that facilitate learning and encourage participation.
Assess the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and evaluations, making necessary adjustments for improvement.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure training aligns with current public health standards and practices.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and educational materials.
Provide ongoing support to trainees, addressing any questions or concerns related to the material covered.
Qualifications
CITB Approved trainer
A background in Construction.
Strong understanding of Health and safety and its practical applications.
Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Proven experience in educating or training individuals or groups.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for better understanding among participants.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in planning training sessions.
A passion for promoting health education and improving community health outcomes.
