HF 23189 Location: Holnicote House, Selworthy, Nr Minehead, Somerset, TA24 8TJ Contract: Seasonal Contract - Full time - 19th December 2023 \xe2\x80\x93 5th January 2024 Hourly Rate: \xc2\xa313.20 per hour (Time and a half Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year\xe2\x80\x99s Eve) Accommodation: There will be no accommodation charge for live-in positions Job brief: Our Team members ensure our guests have a memorable festive stay with us throughout their holiday. You will be on hand to serve meals in the dining room and to clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas. A large part of the role is also engaging and interacting with the guests through the course of there stay. Promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere with the Country house during the Christmas period. The role:

• To serve meals in the dining room for breakfast and dinner
• To clean and prepare guest rooms, public and dining rooms if required
• To re-stock guest amenities in bedrooms as necessary
• To engage and interact with guests in a way that promotes a warm and friendly atmosphere within the Country House Hotel

About you:

• Previous experience in a similar role is not essential but the right attitude is.
• Be naturally outgoing & sociable.
• A good team player.
• Flexibility in working hours, availability at evenings and weekends.
• Excellent customer service skills.
