Job Description
Role: qualified Adult Social Worker
Location: East of England
Start Date: 15/08/2023.
Candidates must be HCPC registered and hold a social work degree or other professional qualification relevant to the role eg DipSW, CQSW, BASW.
Role Responsibilities:
- assessing, monitoring and reviewing the existing care needs of individuals;
- assessing potential risks and protection and social care needs of individuals, carers and families;
- devising individual care plans;
- liaising with other agencies;
- managing an agreed caseload.
- ability to record data accurately;
- good working knowledge of legislation;
- excellent communication skills
- good understanding of philosophies, professional social work issues and the legal framework
