Children Support Workers
to help make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic care and support to children in a residential setting using the PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy)
Implement and manage therapeutic interventions tailored to each child's individual needs
Work collaboratively with colleagues to create and maintain a supportive and therapeutic environment
Help children develop emotional regulation and coping skills
Offer guidance to colleagues on how to implement therapeutic strategies effectively
What We're Looking For:
Experience in therapeutic approaches and residential childcare
A genuine passion for supporting children and making a positive difference
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full UK Driving Licence (required)
