About the Role



In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital part in supporting individuals with diverse needs and assisting healthcare professionals in providing top-quality care. Key responsibilities include:

Building supportive, trusting relationships with clients to help them achieve their goals The Children's Residential Support Worker will be focusing on their physical, emotional, and developmental needs, while promoting independence and life skills development. Supporting clients in participating in community activities and social events Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as needed Staying current on best practices to ensure the highest standard of client care

About You



The ideal candidate for this role will:

Hold an enhanced DBS check (on the update service) Have prior experience working with children. Possess relevant healthcare certifications Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for improving lives.

This role will involve travelling frequently between designated sites at each service so having a drivers license will be essential.

Pay: 15.99-22.00 per hour

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability
