The Role
To join a team offering a comprehensive residential service for children and young people. With the aim being to ensure the physical, social, emotional care and development of the children at the home.
To safeguard and protect the welfare of each child.
To support the Manager and Deputy in all aspects of the home's operation.
To provide safe, warm, and supportive environment to our children
To provide fair and consistent boundaries in respect to each child's behaviour.
To participate in the general activities of the home and to use any personal skills you may have to maximise opportunity for each child.
Qualifications & Requirements.
Driving license is preferred; if not, ability to use public transport with young people
Genuine passion for achieving outcomes for young people.
