We are opening a brand new children's residential home in LONGRIDGE and are interested in applications from potential Team Leaders, Senior Support Workers and Support Workers.

This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a new team, in a newly renovated home, to really make a difference in the lives of children.

What we want from you -



Commitment, resilience and positivity! A fun and upbeat personality. You must either have an NVQ level qualification. Previous experience in working with children and young people. A passion for working with children and young people, and working collaboratively to improve their lives. To be a team player, as working successfully as part of a team is important to the success of this role. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care, professionalism and ethical conduct.

Please notes this role includes MANDATORY shift work which includes working:

Shift patterns - for example 2 in 4 off/1 in 2 off

Sleep in shifts


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.20-14.80 per hour plus additional 70.00 sleep allowance per shift

Expected hours: 38.5 per week
