Job Description
We have a great opportunity for an experienced social worker to work within our adult service, based in Yorkshire and Humberside. You will assist in providing exceptional service where the protection of vulnerable adults is at the centre of all we do. To apply you must be HCPC registered and have a social work or other professional qualification e.g. DipSW, CQSW, BASW.
You\'ll be part of a dynamic team, dedicated to providing an exceptional service. This role is an excellent opportunity to further your social work career, develop your skills and increase your reputation within the sector.
You will require excellent communication skills and be accomplished at recording accurate caseload data. Your knowledge of relevant legislature and understanding of the philosophies and legal framework of professional social work will stand you apart from other candidates.
With wide-ranging experience in creating individual care plans, you\'ll be committed to assessing, monitoring and reviewing the needs of all those in your care.
By conducting interviews with individuals, you\'ll be able to assess and review their situation and report your findings in a format which meets specified standards and timescales.
The start date for this role is 24/08/2023.
