team. Our home accommodates up to 2 young people and a staff team of 8.

We are looking for passionate full-time Deputy Manager /Trainee Registered Manager about making a difference, who can be a good advocate and problem solver, and who is interested in progressing to a home manager position. Full support will be provided for role fulfilment and career progression.

Essential Requirements:

Full UK driving license (international licenses are not accepted unless issued in a country with a reciprocal arrangement) Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent Experience in a Children's home setting Supervisory experience Understanding of OFSTED regulations and standards

A two-bedded children's home providing support for young people with EBD trauma. Opportunities for career progression, including the completion of Level 4/5 Residential Childcare qualifications. Paid induction training. Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work, and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (costs covered by the company). A salary of 30,000 to 38,000 depending on experience. Trainee Registered Manager Programme to set up to 6 months

Duties:

Manage and supervise staff members to ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery. Develop and implement care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations. Coordinate with other professionals and families to provide comprehensive care. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the home living facility. Lead safeguarding in the absence of the home manager. Complete paperwork to a high standard. Be organised and an advocate for the young people.
