Job Description
We are looking for a qualified social worker to join a team of social workers committed to improving outcomes for children and families in West London
Your caseload will involve but not be limited to children in need, child in need of protection and looked after children and you will play a crucial role in undertaking assessments and care planning in accordance with statutory requirements and departmental policies.
You must be able to effectively keep records and write reports and organisational and teamwork skills are essential. Candidates will hold a social work degree or other professional qualification relevant to the role eg DipSW, CQSW or BASW and be HCPC registered. The right candidate will be open to learning and development and have good interpersonal skills that ensure effective communication with children, families and other professionals.
Your key responsibilities will involve ensuring service users are involved in decision making, enabling non-restrictive care plans, maintaining up to date records and promoting cooperation and effective working.
