Who We Are:

We are a busy children's dance school providing classes from 18 months to 8 years old across Richmond & Kew.

At The Little Dance Academy, we aim to inspire our young dancers in a nurturing environment, creating a warm community where every child can grow and learn through the art of dance. We provide imaginative classes with an emphasis on fun and aim to foster a love of dance in all of our students.

Who You Are:

We are looking for a passionate children's dance teacher with a warm and caring nature who believes in creating a positive and happy dance community where every child matters. You consider yourself:

Creative and passionate! You are passionate about dance, sparkles, magic, and all things The Nutcracker! Bubbly and imaginative! You have bundles of patience, energy, and confidence to deliver our lesson plans, and a willingness to learn! Fun & playful! You don't take yourself too seriously and can fly around the room like a butterfly or stomp around like a dinosaur with ease!
Classes Available:

We have a variety of classes available, including Ballet for ages 18 months- 6 years old. All lesson plans, music, and props will be provided, as well as full training.

We are looking for teachers to start training in the Summer Term and begin on Saturday 6th September. The hours initially required are:

Saturdays - 9-11am (with potential for extended hours)

These classes will take place in the Richmond area.

More hours will be available in the future for the right person. We could also offer more work through holiday camps and cover work.

Availability:

The ideal person would be keen to have ongoing involvement in our studio and will be looking for a long-term role. Please do not apply if you are looking for a short-term role.

Requirements:

Must have a current Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one (We can help you with this).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 25.00-35.00 per hour

DBS or willingness to obtain one (required)
