About us Working days; Tuesday 8-5 Thursday 8-5 Friday 8-5 Holiday & sickness cover and overtime available occasionally. Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for children in a safe and stimulating environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play
- Prepare meals and snacks for children, ensuring they are nutritious and meet any dietary restrictions
- Assist with the planning and delivering of educational activities
- Maintain a clean and organized play area
- Follow parents\' instructions regarding daily routines, discipline, and any specific care instructions
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child\'s activities, behavior, and any concerns that may arise Experience:
- Previous experience working within childcare is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize the needs of multiple children
- Excellent communication skills, both with children and parents
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus however training will be provided.
- Enhanced DBS on update service desirable but if not this will be needed before you start the position We are looking for a responsible and caring individual to join our home from home childcare setting.
