Job Description

Due to the growth and development of Fun 4 Kidz, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with management experience in the childcare sector.

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will:

Be responsible for the day to day management of a network of out of school provisions across Sefton and in Liverpool City Centre Ensure high quality provision that meets all legal, OFSTED, health and safety, safeguarding and Early Years Foundation Stage Frameworks standards. Support, supervision and development of all out of school staff and volunteers to ensure the organisation's goals and objectives are met. Assist in the development of new provision in line with the business plan. Ensure that the local community, schools and children and families who use Fun4Kidz services are placed at the heart of everything that the charity does.
This role requires a strong leader with excellent organisational skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.

Minimum Requirements

An appropriate Level 3 qualification in working with children. Minimum of 5 years experience of working with children and young people in a supervisory or management role. Experience of project development, delivery, review and evaluation. Experience of recruiting, supervising and developing staff and volunteers. Experience of involving children and their families in the development, delivery and review of services. A good understanding and ability to implement Ofsted and Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding frameworks. Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
