Outstanding Ofsted | Regular supervision | Flexible working arrangementsWe\xe2\x80\x99re currently on the lookout for an experienced practitioner who\xe2\x80\x99s looking to take the next steps in their career, to join an outstanding rated council in the Berkshire area, as a Senior Practitioner in the Safeguarding team.This council operate using the CAST model, meaning a mixture of long term CIN / CP cases, with short-term assessment work, keeping your workload fresh and varied.Leaders in Care are offering up to \xc2\xa346/h for this role, depending on experience.This council offer a flexible workinng schedule, with working from home very much encouraged.
