About this role:



As we expand our product lines, we are launching a cutting-edge iGaming project in the UK that will merge traditional gaming experiences with the power of Web3, decentralized technologies, and blockchain-based search. We're looking for an entrepreneurial Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical strategy and execution of this new venture.



Key Responsibilities:


Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for VN.com's iGaming initiative. Build and lead a high-performing tech team (engineering, blockchain devs, security, and DevOps). Architect scalable, secure, and compliant iGaming platforms, integrating decentralized systems and blockchain infrastructure. Drive innovation by blending Web2 game mechanics with Web3-native features (NFTs, wallets, tokens, smart contracts, etc.). Ensure the iGaming platform complies with UK and international gaming regulations (including KYC, AML, and responsible gaming standards). Collaborate closely with product, compliance, legal, marketing, and external partners. Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge technologies, including blockchain protocols, zero-knowledge proofs, and AI for personalization. Oversee platform reliability, data security, and system uptime.

Requirements:


Proven experience in a CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent leadership role within iGaming, online betting, or casino platforms. Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, including smart contracts, tokenomics, wallets, and decentralized infrastructure. Strong software architecture and full-stack development background (preferred stacks: Node.js, Solidity, Rust, TypeScript). Experience with regulatory frameworks and technical compliance in the gaming/gambling sector. Familiarity with on-chain and off-chain integrations, RNG systems, and payment processors (crypto & fiat). Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Passionate about shaping the future of decentralized entertainment and gaming.
