of the company.

ABOUT THE ROLE
OutsourceXtra is already built on solid foundations, with a validated offering and market fit. But it's been held back by one simple thing:
lack of focused leadership
. CEO Alex Douglas has been stretched across multiple ventures - and now he's calling in a talented c-suite team to take this sleeping giant to new heights.
As CSO, you will:
Own the entire sales strategy and execution from the ground up
Lead by example - from closing deals to building scalable processes
Work closely with the CEO and other c-suite co-owners to shape direction and growth
Build and manage client pipelines, partnerships, and revenue channels
Jump in and do the groundwork when needed - no ivory tower vibes here
Join regular strategy calls and planning sessions
Work 10-25+ hours per week (flexible - you decide what's needed to win)

COMPENSATION & EQUITY

Here's what's on offer:
3%-5% equity from day one, based on your role and involvement
Up to 8%-10% equity if team-wide goals are hit by end of 2026
A seat at the leadership table in a mission-driven, growth-focused business
Future salary and bonuses as revenue milestones are achieved
Potential to step into a CEO role if/when Alex transitions to Chairman

THE IDEAL CSO CANDIDATE
You're ambitious, adaptable, and not afraid to take risks. You're experienced but still hungry. You bring:
5+ years in sales leadership roles (startup, SaaS, outsourcing or recruitment experience is a huge plus)
A strong background in closing deals, building pipelines, and scaling sales processes
A builder's mindset - you're hands-on and love creating systems that scale
Strategic thinking, but a willingness to jump into the trenches when needed
A collaborative approach - you're ready to lead witha team, not above it
A deep desire to own your time, your work, and your future
