Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading the financial operations of our organisation.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Manage financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and analysis Provide strategic guidance on investment decisions and capital allocation Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational excellence Collaborate with other senior executives to drive business performance
Qualifications
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred

Pay: 60,448.53-183,646.43 per year
