: Chief Executive Officer for WatchoverMe Ltd. 18thNovember 2023 Summary A Chief Executive Officer is required for an emerging mobile phone manufacturer and telehealthcare service provider. WatchoverMe\xe2\x80\x99s two phones, the Candifone\xe2\x84\xa2 and Stedifone\xe2\x84\xa2 (www.wom-mobile.com) are due for launch in 2024 following five years of development. The Candifone\xe2\x84\xa2 provides camera-orientated instant security for the young and the Stedifone\xe2\x84\xa2 provides falls prediction and enhanced family-care functionality for the elderly Both draw on the unique benefits of our chest-wearable fully functional mobile phone. The Candifone\xe2\x84\xa2 addresses global populations in excess of 200m people and the Stedifone\xe2\x84\xa2 addresses 72m adult fallers, and potential fallers in USA and Europe. A CEO is required to take lead the Company to a \xc2\xa35B exit by or before 2027. The preferred executive will:-

• Oversee the combined, production, distribution, marketing, customer relations, financial, human resource, legal and compliance Company disciplines.
• Pursue the founder\xe2\x80\x99s vision for next-generation mobile technologies including cardiac imaging, fetal maternal care and ambulatory virus detection.
• Set down and oversee the Company\xe2\x80\x99s financial controls, liquidity, gearing and fund- raising goals.
• Co-present to blue chip investors in January 2024.
• Supervise the Company\xe2\x80\x99s IOT connectivity staff re. global connectivity.
• Liaise with corporate partners for global connectivity, component supply and trans-globe production.
• Liaise with and establish contractual relations with academic centers-of-excellence to further technological innovation pursuant to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s innovations.
• Be the public relations face to the world at large \xe2\x80\x93 presenting to The Barcelona Mobile World Conference in 2024.
• Pursue corporate governance according to Cadbury Rules.
• Bring the Company\xe2\x80\x99s products to be foremost in the minds of global populations whose needs and desires can be satisfied with a wearable phone and its associated services.
• Effect sales in 2024 in UK, USA, Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Nigeria and South Africa; this being prelude to global sales.
• Direct the Company\xe2\x80\x99s exit for >\xc2\xa35B by 2027.

Required or Preferred Experience:-

• Managed a multi-functional, consumer-related business.
• Familiar with production, marketing and financial disciplines suitable to manage our relevant Chief Officers.
• Conversant with business management and customer relationship software tools.
• Be an influencer in local and central government academic/healthcare institutions.
• Experience-led understanding of The Internet of Things (IOT).
• Implementation global trading taxes, protocols and compliances.
• Trading in the USA, Europe, India and Africa.
• Collaboration with global corporate lawyer disciplines for trading in >100 countries.

Education Given compliance with our required/preferred experience criteria, education per se. is not paramount. However the preferred candidate will have a BA in business, or a Master of Business Administration and will have attended various courses associated with good and efficient business management within a substantial corporate environment. Reporting to The CEO will report to the founder and the Board. Benefits Remuneration will be commensurate with a VC-backed start-up, where in the first full year of sales a salary package in the region of \xc2\xa3100,000 can be expected, rising to \xc2\xa31,000,000 on performance with an achievable exit equity stake of \xc2\xa310m. Company Status WatchoverMe is a mature 5yr+ start-up where our value and staff emolument is entirely dependent on the profitability of products not yet in the market-place. The CEO will not have the tools of a conglomerate at his disposal; his job is to create the Company\xe2\x80\x99s prosperity using determination, ingenuity and experience. Location We are based in Battle in East Sussex, England. Attendance The CEO will report to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s UK HQ in SE England, at least one day week, initially, rising to full time as the HR matures.
