Chef
Job Description
We are looking for a Chef to join and manage the kitchen operations for our fast food outlet, which serves grilled chicken, pizza, and related dishes. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar fast food or casual dining environment, with strong cooking skills in grilled items and pizzas.
The role requires someone with a leadership mindset, capable of overseeing kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and delivering excellent customer service. Experience in managing junior team members and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during busy periods is essential.
Skills
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Experience in food production within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Excellent team management abilities, fostering a positive work atmosphere. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations. Passion for culinary arts and a desire to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
