Boston is now 25 soulful cafes serving the best in breakfast, brunch, and lunch and our coffee is another level. We want our cafes to be the best place to work in hospitality, which means we need a fantastic team who share our values to get there!
As a kitchen shift leader it is your responsibility to deliver exceptional food with our carefully sourced ingredients, through high standards and safety guidelines. All of our dishes are prepared fresh, every day in our cafes from breakfast, to lunch to an afternoon cake.
Duties
- Supervising and guiding team members in their respective roles
- Assisting with food preparation and service as needed
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant or kitchen area
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Placing orders for the business and invoicing
Skills
- Experience in a busy restaurant, hotel or cafe.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Proficiency in supervising staff and delegating tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations

Pay: 12.75-13.00 per hour
