  • Head Chef Lead kitchen operations, develop menus, and oversee food quality.

Key Responsibilities:Depending on your role, you may be responsible for:
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to an exceptional standard.
  • Managing your section and ensuring efficiency during busy services.
  • Assisting in menu development, costing, and ingredient sourcing.
  • Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Training and mentoring junior chefs.
  • Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
What Were Looking For:
