Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Develop new menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Monitor food presentation and quality to ensure consistency and excellence.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
