The White Horse Oyster & Seafood Bar is located on the busy Royal Mile, offering the best of British Seafood and Shellfish sourced from renowned suppliers across the country. We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our team.

The main duties of the role are
Ensuring the smooth delivery of food service and preparation within the kitchen
Stock Rotation & keeping the kitchen organised
Running their own section & working with high quality food
Maintaining compliance checks in the Kitchen
Documentation & Safe preparation of Allergens within the kitchen
Experience in 5Restaurants is preferable as is an eye for detail, the drive & ambition to improve the customer feedback & experience and food quality. Cooking from scratch experience only as we use the finest Scottish Ingredients to create satisfying flavour combinations to entice our customers back again & again.
Experience required;
Running of a service in a busy fast paced kitchen
All necessary knowledge in food preparation and cookery to prepare & execute high end freshfood. Level 3 Food Hygiene desirable
Ordering, Par Levels & Stock Rotation
Identification of allergens in dishes
