Our client in St Mawes have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Chef de partie to join their kitchen team.
This role if perfect for someone who is ready to increase their skill set and knowledge within one of Cornwall\'s most beautiful and picturesque settings.

You will be expected to assist with consistent and high level running of the kitchen whilst remaining calm under pressure, covering Head Chef duties regularly.

You are enthusiastic, passionate and professional
The ideal candidate will have experience in a 2 rosette establishment or similar.
This is a full-time permanent role paying up to \xc2\xa311.50 per hour plus tips (\xc2\xa326-28k per annum)
Due to the location of the Hotel, own transport is required or live in accommodation is available.
