We currently have an exciting opportunity to recruit a chef de Partie to enhance the team for this highly exclusive members club based near Hersham, Surrey

They cater for the restaurants as well as meetings and events. All food is freshly prepared on site to a very high standard with menus changing on a regular basis. As the chef de partie you will work within the team of chefs to provide an effective delivery of a high level restaurant style service.

As the Chef de Partie you will:
*Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
*Create daily specials
*Create menu ideas for new menus
*Manage your time effectively
*Maintain high levels of hygiene at all times
*Take responsibility for section cleaning
*Ensure prep lists are complete
*Look at your sections stock \xe2\x80\x93 order sheet
*Assist and support junior Chefs
*Consistency of portion control and standards of cooking

The successful Chef de Partie will have/be:
*Good knowledge of cookery and cooking techniques
*Experience in a busy and dynamic kitchen environment
*An exceptional work ethic
*Works in a clean and hygienic manner and is trained to Level 2 Food hygiene
*Well organised in their work
*A good understanding of HACCP and is used to following clean working procedures
*Able to show exceptional team work and an aptitude for communication
*Able to follow menu specifications and take direction from the senior chefs.

Hours:
This Chef de Partie role offers a great work life balance as there is a lot of daytime work and they offer straight shifts from 7am-3pm or 2.30-10pm. You will be working 5 days out of 7 per week, with 1 weekend off in every 3. If you work any overtime this is also paid.
