Chef de Partie

to join us.

About the Role:

As a Chef de Partie, you'll be a key part of our kitchen brigade, working alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality, seasonal dishes for weddings, events, and daily restaurant service. You will be responsible for running your own section, ensuring the highest standards of preparation, presentation, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard across weddings, private events, and the restaurant. Manage your own section and assist in other sections as needed. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with stock control, ordering, and menu planning. Work collaboratively as part of a motivated and dynamic team.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for cooking with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. Ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment, particularly during peak wedding season. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. A positive attitude and a genuine team player. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
