Fulltime Position
Chef de partie required for a fine dining restaurant in London, this is award winning and you will learn so much in this kitchen. The restaurant has a fantastic range of dishes including some amazing fish dishes. Chef de partie, 4 day week, normally 48 hours \xc2\xa315-16 per hour (including service charge allocation). This works out about \xc2\xa337000 -\xc2\xa339000 based on 48 hours
The role
You will be allocated to one of the section in the kitchen, the sections could include fish and the menu does include a good number of fish dishes. Fish will be core parts of sections however there is also sauce, larder, hot larder and other sections of course. You will prep your fridge for service, cook in service and ensure your dishes are at a award winning level. This role will include all the normal chef de partie level.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie who has worked with fish, you will be passionate about learning, from a fine dining or rosette background.
