Job Description
Let's Do Lunched operates in and around Oxfordshire from our base just outside of Abingdon. We offer a high-quality fresh food delivery and creative catering service that is designed to meet the requirements of both businesses and individuals looking to give their lunch a lift. We are looking for a new Chef de Partie to oversee the Let's Do Lunched operations whilst working alongside our Executive Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef.
Key Responsibilities
? Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare high-quality lunches and delivered event food
? Contribute to menu design and development, bringing fresh ideas to the table
? Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene standards
? Assist with stock control, inventory management, and ordering supplies
? Ensure kitchen stations are clean and equipment is well-maintained
? Oversee the smooth running of Let's Do Lunched, adapting to a fast-paced environment and changing customer needs
What We're Looking For
A passionate and creative
Chef de Partie
with a keen eye for detail Experience working in a high-quality kitchen environment Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team A proactive approach to problem-solving and a 'can-do' attitudeJob Type: Full-time
Pay: 31,000.00-33,500.00 per year
