We are looking for a decent human to come on a new adventure, in our brand new opening at Wiper & True Taproom, BS5.

That means someone with heart and with drive and a team member whose passion begins with food. Food is why we get up in the morning, it's what we talk about and dream about. Experience in the hospitality trade is preferable but if you have a desire to learn and you are willing to work hard as part of a great team, then Squeezed might be the very place in which to begin or further your career.

Currently, in our shipping container restaurant we have been creating burgers, fries, and lemonade since 2017 - but it's so much more. It's our spirit, our drive, and an obsession with creating the best customer experience possible. This is what led us to winning the National Burger Award in 2019 and winning subsequent awards since. Now we have embarked on opening a second and extremely exciting project at Wiper & True, in a bespoke built, yellow air-stream style kitchen trailer.

At Squeezed we make everything in house and in this role, you'll be cooking with fresh produce and interesting ingredients which make our sauces and all the elements across our menu. As a chef you will be supported in the development of your food preparation and during our fast paced and energetic services. High energy and a fantastic attitude to bring to your work and an understanding that only the best will do is essential for this role. Furthermore, you will be joining a restaurant making exciting plans, so you will have the opportunity to grow and develop with us, both imminently within the role, and in the future.

Hours: 15 - 20 per week, must be available evenings and weekends
