This is a temporary Chef role at Barchester Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider in the UK. The role involves working with fresh seasonal food to create nutritious and well-balanced menus for residents, while also helping to manage the kitchen and lead a team in the Head Chef's absence. The successful candidate will need to have a personable and warm approach, relevant qualifications, and experience in working with fresh produce and a good understanding of nutrition.Main duties of the jobThe Chef - Bank role at Barchester Healthcare involves working as a Bank Chef to deliver hotel/restaurant standards without the split shifts and long weeks. The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavoursome and well-balanced menus while working with residents to tailor menus around their preferences.
