You will be working alongside highly experienced Building Consultancy Surveyors undertaking a varied workload.What's in it for you:
The successful candidate will be part of a team of building surveyors covering a varied amount of work. You will have the opportunity to take on building surveying and project management work, monitoring of third-party development works; surveys - commercial buildings and dilapidation works.Responsibilities:7Provide expertise and advice, to clients, on all aspects of Building Consultancy
7Prepare specifications of repair and refurbishment, coordinate and manage works on site
7Provide Project Management and Project Monitoring advice and services to clients
7Prepare and/or negotiate Schedules of Dilapidations
7Nurture, grow and maintain existing internal and external client relationships
7Use your network to leverage opportunities to further business development and generate growthRequirements:xc2xb7Relevant degree (RICS approved)
xc2xb7A full driving licence
xc2xb7Previously worked in a smile role in the public or private sector
