My client is a multidisciplinary consultancy looking to expand their team.What\'s in it for you:The successful candidate will be part of a team of building surveyors covering all aspects of professional and project-related building surveying across a wide range of sectors including commercial and industrial.Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7Execute and coordinate projects, providing high quality technical design
\xc2\xb7Manage the preparation of feasibility studies and reports
\xc2\xb7Undertake surveys and produce reports giving findings, discussion, conclusions and recommendations
\xc2\xb7Undertake the project management and financial control of small and medium sized projects
\xc2\xb7Supervise and monitor the use of computer-based systems to ensure these are used correctly
\xc2\xb7Prepare design and progress reports
\xc2\xb7Deliver agreed business development targets
\xc2\xb7Assist the marketing department
\xc2\xb7Obtain and review quotes for investigation worksRequirements:\xc2\xb7Relevant degree (RICS approved, 2:1 minimum)
\xc2\xb7A full driving licence
