The Role: Building Surveyor

Due to a sustained increase in workload, we are looking for a Building Surveyor to join our Cardiff team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering a mix of professional services (condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and planned preventative maintenance schedules). Leading on project-based work, including the design, project management, and contract administration of refurbishment projects. Managing projects ranging in value from 0-2m under NEC and JCT contracts Working across a variety of sectors, including Higher Education, Student Living, Healthcare, Education, Defence, Custodial, and Public Sector projects Working independently with limited supervision, while collaborating with the wider team as needed

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years post-qualification experience (ideally Chartered or working towards Chartership). Strong project experience, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, and Excel (knowledge of Microsoft Project and Revit is desirable) A commitment to delivering high-quality, pragmatic, and timely surveying services
