About the Role



We are looking for friendly and committed

Volunteers

to support our

PDSA Charity Shop in Holburn Street, Aberdeen

. This is a rewarding opportunity to help raise vital funds for sick and injured pets while gaining retail and customer service experience.

Our charity shops are essential in supporting the work of our 48 pet hospitals across the UK. As a volunteer, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the shop.

Key Responsibilities



Provide excellent customer service on the shop floor Operate tills and handle transactions Sort donations and prepare goods for sale Create attractive visual displays Restock shelves and ensure the shop is well-presented Support with basic admin and IT tasks Represent PDSA at local events where required

What We're Looking For



Volunteers aged 18 or over Friendly and approachable personality Good communication and basic IT skills Organised and reliable, with attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team A passion for animal welfare and community support

Whether you can give a few hours a week or more, your time is incredibly valuable to us. We'll work around your availability where possible!

*Reimbursement of expenses is dependent on hours worked and length of travel.
