What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Charge Nurse to join our ICU team, with a competitive salary range on offer, up to \xc2\xa358,000.
This is a Monday-Sunday, Days, Nights and Weekends role with the following shift patterns: 6 week rota of 19 shifts, 08:00 \xe2\x80\x93 20:30 and 20:00 \xe2\x80\x93 08:30
This role will involve overtime and unsocial-shift enhancements of 7% for weekdays and 10% for weekends
Our expert Critical Care nursing team is a dynamic group of decision-makers who work collaboratively to make a lasting positive impact on the lives of our patients. Safe patient care is always our goal, and we leverage innovation and technology in order to achieve world class outcomes in our state of the art 29 bed ICU department. The Intensive Care Charge Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care of patients requiring level 2 and 3 care and are expected to be able to provide general and specialised direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organisation.
