\xe2\x80\x8bOur FTSE client is looking for an experienced and driven internal comms channels lead to join their high-performing comms team, a role that\'s pivotal to delivering creative and engaging content across the entire business.

Working at the corporate centre alongside senior IC colleagues and business leadership, you\'ll lead a small team and be responsible for producing and publishing content across a wide variety of channels and in support of a broad calendar of campaigns and programmes. You\'ll lead on the strategy, governance and development of channels - including the introduction, implementation and adoption of a new social and intranet platform - and will be the \'go-to\' for creative content solutions that support the organisation\'s drive to further build on their impressive customer-centric culture. You\'ll devise concepts, build storylines, create and/or commission content across media and edit/audit/monitor to improve the effectiveness of your campaigns... a truly creative role in a dynamic and people-focused business.

We\'re looking for someone with a strong background in both channels management / ownership and content creation, likely gained within a large complex corporate environment and perhaps with agency-side experience too. You\'ll be driven, full of ideas, confident in creating and pitching campaigns and capable of delivering - directly and via your team - at pace and to exceptionally high standards. You\'ll also be a strong relationship builder, a good team manager and highly tech/channels literate, bringing in not just functional expertise but also fresh thinking and cutting edge solutions. A rare role for an experienced channels manager and lover of creative content looking for autonomy and responsibility.

The role is offered as hybrid, with time the City HQ and/or regional hubs (in the north, or East Anglia). A strong salary plus bonus and benefits is on offer.
