Job Description

Role: Marketing Executive - Castleford.

Salary: Up to \xc2\xa334k per annum

Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be working with an evolving manufacturer.

In this role, you will act as the link between marketing and our commercial teams. To manage and develop effective marketing strategies and support that drives brand awareness and increases sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

This role requires focus in 4main areas:

• Further develop and drive our internal communications.
• Develop and drive our \'employer brand\' strategy.
• Managing and developing our PR activities.
• Marketing content production and development and brand event management.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and manage annual divisional marketing plans.
• Develop and execute the annual operational support calendar (i.e. plan and deliver high quality events & exhibitions, initiate and execute promotional plans & optimise brand sales materials).
• Develop and deliver TMHUK customer first strategy (i.e. customer demo\'s & portals, core customer materials, customer journey improvements).
• Deliver NPD launches and effective product support (i.e. NPD sales launches, product & solutions specific campaigns, product support).
• Optimise sales potential (i.e. tactical & loyalty promotions, customer targeting, support and drive our dealer network, optimise training).

CORE MEASUREMENTS

• Annual plan agreed between senior marketing / sales.
• Delivery of x events per annum.
• Delivery of x NPD launches per annum.
• Delivery of x tactical campaigns per annum.
• Delivery of x leads per annum.
• Quality & efficiency of outputs.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or related discipline.
• A confident, self-motivated individual, capable of working under their own initiative.
• 3-5 years\' experience as part of a commercial marketing team working closely with sales.
• Ability to build excellent relationships through teamwork.
• Strategic approach combined with tactical execution .
• Commercial mindset with the ability to create & pursue opportunities.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal / written communication and presentational skills.
• Highly competent with Microsoft office.
• Full UK drivers\' licence.

Salary: up to \xc2\xa334K per annum
